The Township is now published!

After many years of hard work, I'm proud to say that The Township is now available on Amazon in Kindle and Paperback formats. The saga is far from over now - it does me no good to write a book if people don't read it. I'm now working on getting reviews and new readers.

Besides being the fulfilment of a dream, The Township has also been my creative outlet for dealing with the climate crisis. It's been a real struggle for me to watch the weather heat up and dry out, to deal with heat waves and wildfires, and all the while to watch emissions continue to rise and attempts to deal with the problem fall short of what is needed time after time. I've wondered what's wrong with humanity and what I can do to change people's minds. This novel is my answer to both questions.

Besides writing fiction, I've created a blog that details my own efforts to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle. One irony in all this is that cutting your own emissions footprint and reducing your own effect on the environment doesn't really require many sacrifices on your part - you'll find yourself happier and healthier, and either pay just a little bit more or save yourself money.
